At GymPin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely package your GymPin products in their original box, ensuring all components are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Send your package via a tracked courier service to the return address provided by our team; please retain your tracking information for verification.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
